Tango launches brand new flavours to sugar free drinks range

This week, Britvic has unveiled its newest investment into one of the world’s most beloved soft drinks, Tango, with the introduction of two new sugar free flavours.
The new flavours, strawberry & watermelon and tropical, will be joined by an improved sugar-free Tango orange, alongside fresh packaging design.
With a £2.2 million marketing campaign backing these new flavours and design, Tango will unveil their first television advert in four years in the summer months, with a drive to attract the 16-24 market. This age range has been specifically chosen to it being the ‘fastest growing age group’ of consumers buying low sugar beverages.
Many soft drink businesses are investing significantly in the development of sugar free products, and Britvic is no different. The introduction of the sugar tax levy in April 2018 impacted soft drink manufacturers worldwide, but rather than stunt the growth of product lines, brands have incorporated a great deal of innovation when reducing the amount of sugar within products, leading to many more delicious drinks on the market.
With a vast number of soft drink brands manufactured under Britvic, including Tango, 7up, Pepsi Max and more, they have embraced the levy and used it to their advantage, expanding both their product range and audience in the process.
Forrest Fresh Foods is able to stock the entire Britvic range to businesses worldwide, including these brand new, delicious Tango flavours.
